Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, fresh flowers, and plants), customized or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care or hygiene products.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
